Attached please find the registration form for Orange Tree Women’s Golf Association’s 6th Annual WPFT Tournament to be held on Monday, March 8th.
If you are interested in playing, Event Chair, Donna Martin asks that you send in your form or team’s form ASAP as there is a limited field and the tournament has filled the last two years. If you have any questions about the tournament, please contact Donna directly at mustang71@mac.com.
