Playing Golf For T.I.M.E.
Monday, October 8, 2012 at 1p
A message from Event Chairwoman, Molly Rose:
Planning for the third annual 2012 Playing Golf For T.I.M.E. Charity Tournament is underway! Our generous sponsors, in-kind donations and participants made it possible for us to raise nearly $50,000 in the last 2 years for Women Playing For T.I.M.E./MD Anderson Cancer Center, Orlando. I invite you to help us kick off the 2012 Breast Cancer Awareness Month and celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Women Playing For T.I.M.E.
You have the option again this year to participate in either a four-person scramble (no handicap) or a 2 best ball format (handicap will be applied.) You choose your format when you register to play.
Teams can be made up of men and/or women.
Registration for this event is open and we are expecting a full field of 120 players, so guarantee your spot and sign up early. Don’t forget to include your ADVANTAGE PACKAGE and purchase ADVANCE CHANCES TO WIN TICKETS when you complete your registration form. Send your checks made out to Women
Playing For T.I.M.E. to: Joan Hundley at 6289
Blakeford Drive, Windermere,
FL 34786.
50:50 Helicopter Ball Drop
Back by popular demand, the 50/50 Helicopter Ball Drop.
Tickets are available for $10 each. Only 500 tickets will be made available for sale and you do not need to be present to win. Contact
Rita Brown, or any steering committee
member. Half the proceeds go to
the person whose ball lands closet to the hole.

If you are unable to play but would like to support the
event, there are other ways to become involved. We also welcome donations such as gift
certificates, gift baskets, services and merchandise that can be used to generate additional funds or as prizes for the event.
We are able to offer businesses a display table at one of
the holes to provide the players with drinks/snacks while telling them a little
about their business. A tax receipt will be provided and it will be noted on our website. Businesses donating items valued at
$100 or more have the option to include a hyperlink to their website. Contact Christine Welsh to make a Gift In Kind donation.
